01The challenge
A business that had outgrown its tools.
SER-USA has represented industrial manufacturers in Latin America for three decades. They needed a website that could stand next to the brands they represent — Federal Signal, Littelfuse, Hammond Power Solutions and others — without competing with them.
Behind the scenes, orders, quotes and shipments were tracked in SharePoint lists and a Power Apps app the team had outgrown. Any new tool had to work with the data they already had, with no migration and no day where the business stopped.

02The approach
Replace it screen by screen.
I designed and built the website on Wix Studio — in Spanish, for buyers across Latin America, and designed to read just as well on a phone — with a structure that frames the manufacturers instead of shouting over them. I still maintain it. Mid-project the site had to move to a new platform on a short runway; it never went dark.
For operations, I designed and built a web platform on Vercel that reads and writes the same SharePoint lists through Microsoft Graph. Each person opens to what needs their attention today — open orders, quotes waiting, shipments on the way — and a board that moves every order by status. Instead of a risky switch-over, the new platform lived next to the old app and replaced it one screen at a time — orders first, then quotes, then shipments — until the team simply stopped opening the old one.

03The result
One platform the team actually uses.
