Diko

Simple apps for people who sell on WhatsApp — a product I co-founded, where everything creative is mine: the brand, the website and the apps themselves.

Diko: brand identity, website, app design & development by Natasha Dicuru

01The challenge

Built for how people actually sell.

A huge number of small businesses run on WhatsApp: orders come in by message, customers pay by Zelle, Cash App or cash, and many buy on credit. Most of that lives in someone's head or a notebook — and the software built for it assumes a store, a subscription and a back office.

Diko is a company I started with my partner. He runs finance and operations; everything creative is mine — the identity, the website, and the design and development of the apps.

02The approach

One app for each part of the business.

Instead of one big tool, Diko is a family of small apps, each doing one job well. The first, Folio, is a monthly planner: what you sold, who owes you and how far you are from your goal. You pay once, it works in Spanish and without internet, and your data stays on your phone — no accounts, no subscription.

The brand had to feel as easy as the apps: a heavy, rounded wordmark in deep violet, a soft lilac palette and a pixel-grid pattern, with a voice that talks the way the seller does — “Listo, anotado.”, “Tus pedidos, al día.” The website carries the same promise on every screen, from phone to desktop.

03The result

A product, not just a project.
